applicability:
The creel is a device that is currently deployed in the production of the cord fabric by the straight fabric. Ensure that all yarns have the same tension throughout the weaving process.
Tension adjustment system:
The yarn guides are located between the packages and are mounted on square tubes at different locations. The adjustment range is 250 mm. With this device, the same yarn tension can be obtained for each row of creels, and all the light yarns can guarantee the same tension throughout the weaving process.
The dedicated core support is made of reinforced nylon with different angles for mounting the core (including transition sleeves and spools).
The disc brakes automatically adjust the yarn tension so that the yarn tension remains constant and the size of the bobbin changes without any adjustment.
Transition sleeve: It can realize quick change of the package and ensure the precise positioning and rotation of the package. The yarn runs through the alumina channel and the porcelain eye.
